Opus Talent Solutions has been acquired by nGAGE Talent Group, backed by Graphite Capital, bringing together two highly complementary specialist talent businesses to create a more powerful international group with over 1,200 employees operating in more than 75 countries and generating more than £100m in net fee income. The enhanced scale combined with nGAGE’s proven multi-brand specialist strategy and business model, significantly enhances the growth potential of both organisations.
The acquisition of Opus further leverages nGAGE’s global platform, benefiting from established offshore delivery centres in South Africa, Poland and India. At the same time, Opus’s respected specialist brands and deep client relationships in technology and renewable energy creates a stronger, more diversified partner for clients and candidates. The combined business will have a broader sector and geographic footprint, increased operational resilience, and strengthened delivery capability. This transaction represents a continuation of nGAGE’s successful track record of strategic M&A and expansion.
Opus will maintain its distinct market propositions and continue to grow and develop its specialist brands. This includes its training and consulting platform, _nology, which also targets the technology sector. _nology brings a complementary new service capability to nGAGE, further broadening its service proposition to clients.
