Nology, our own tech consultancy, is Opus’s sustainable solution to tackling the global digital skills and diversity gap. We provide talent at pace, underpinned with in-depth tailored training and candidate management. Every year we train and place over 100 Software and Cloud Engineers across Australia and the UK, bringing new diverse talent into the sector. We are incredibly proud of our positive impact, in 2024, 60% of our Nologists were women & non-binary, 71% represented ethnic minority communities, 25% LGBTQIA+, 83% were career changers and 47% came from Non-STEM backgrounds.
