We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, as well as ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and stored. You will be expected to operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently, while adhering to health and safety regulations. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be tasked with conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
