We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer & Operator Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with engineers and production staff to interpret blueprints and design specifications, selecting appropriate tools and materials to achieve optimal results.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code, as well as experience with various CNC machines, including lathes and mills. Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance on machines, troubleshooting issues, and performing quality control checks to ensure that all components meet industry standards. You will also be expected to document production processes and maintain accurate records of work completed. A strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications include a degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is highly desirable.
