We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality products. Your primary duties will include setting up machines, conducting regular quality checks, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. You will work closely with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in machine operation or a related field is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to the right individual.
