We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of mechanical systems within a variety of building projects. Your expertise will contribute to the development of energy-efficient and sustainable solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will oversee all phases of mechanical design, from initial concept through to project completion, collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in building services engineering.
