We are seeking a motivated and dedicated FLT/Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Forklift Trucks (FLT) safely and efficiently to move, locate, and store products within our warehouse. You will play a critical role in ensuring that goods are received, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure a smooth operation.
To excel in this position, you should possess a valid FLT license and have experience operating various types of forklifts. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical fitness is important, as the role may require lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
