We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of goods within our warehouse facility. Your key duties will include receiving, sorting, and storing products in an organized manner. You will also be responsible for preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring that all items are accurately picked and packed according to customer specifications. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be required to conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure a safe and productive working environment. You will operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, so a valid forklift license is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with team members and management regularly. Additionally, you should be physically fit, as the role requires lifting and moving heavy items. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
